Stalin was probably one of the worlds most loved leaders.
The guy did so much good for the German people. The only mistake he made was attacking Russia.

Stalin was worse by several million deaths and literally countless consequences many of which are still echoing today.

Stalin. It can be argued that Hilter created the climate and conditions for a the deaths but was not directly responsible for them. He had many in his party like Goebbels and Himler to do his dirty work.
